From rapper to Presidential candidate to … porn mogul?
Kanye West dropped a brief but graphic announcement on his social media accounts today: A short video saying simply, “YEEZY PORN IS C**MING.”
The video directs people to the official Yeezy website for more information – which, right now, only shows a usual selection of Kanye’s Yeezy apparel to purchase.
But it seems this isn’t just a publicity stunt to sell some t-shirts; Kanye really is moving into the porn business.
A report in TMZ hours before the announcement dropped claimed that West had been “kicking around the idea of launching his own pornography studio and brand for a while,” and he now “seems dead set on doing it”.
The outlet also reports that West has been in talks with porn star Stormy Daniels’ ex-husband Mike Moz, a porn industry veteran, to give him advice on the venture.
It’s not yet known if Kanye – or his Australian wife Bianca Censori, known for wearing next to nothing during their frequent public appearances – would appear in any of the adult content in ‘Yeezy Porn’.
While details are scant, it’s safe to say the announcement has not gone over well with West’s fans, who have flooded his social media posts with negative comments.
“He’s really lost now,” one wrote (NOW? So you can forgive Ye saying he loves Hitler, but draw the line at porn?).
“His kids will see this one day, and then what? What’s he gonna tell them?” another asked. “Seeing my hero go down such a sad path is so heartbreaking,” wrote another, while many others questioned how West would reconcile his new venture with his devout religion.
TMZ reports that Yeezy Porn is expected to launch in the coming months.
The venture comes after much speculation about West’s marriage to Australian former architect and Yeezy employee Bianca Censori, with concerns the rap mogul is potentially manipulating his partner into wearing the revealing outfits she steps out in.
